<li>Exercises based on the methodology of Professor Avetisov - a collection of simple exercises and self-massage techniques intended for preventing eye strain during prolonged periods of visual stress, suitable for adults and children with myopia. These exercises aim to enhance eye health, visual accommodation, and boost blood circulation.</li>
<li>Dr. Somov's approach focuses on basic eyeball movements, serving as an excellent preventive measure against amblyopia. These exercises are also suitable for children.</li>
<li>Simple games that involve identifying shapes against contrasting or dynamic backgrounds help maintain eye muscle fitness and are beneficial for relaxation after extended computer use. For optimal results, the use of anaglyph glasses—any 3D glasses with red and blue lenses—is recommended.</li>
<li>Color eye stimulation is highly effective when used with VR Box devices. The algorithm faithfully replicates the functions of the "Tsvetoritm" device. Regular sessions can heighten retinal receptor sensitivity, reduce intraocular pressure, and restore normal blood circulation.</li>
