This application will be particularly advantageous for individuals whose professions involve significant eye strain, such as office workers, developers, and drivers. Developed under the guidance of specialists, it is essential to also consider your doctor's recommendations.

You can perform the exercises at home, in the workplace, or any other suitable environment, but it is advised to avoid eye massages while in motion on transportation.

<li>Exercises based on the methodology of Professor Avetisov - a collection of simple exercises and self-massage techniques intended for preventing eye strain during prolonged periods of visual stress, suitable for adults and children with myopia. <li>Color eye stimulation is highly effective when used with VR Box devices. The algorithm faithfully replicates the functions of the "Tsvetoritm" device. Regular sessions can heighten retinal receptor sensitivity, reduce intraocular pressure, and restore normal blood circulation.</li>
